Shear stress in cross-section of a beam

Given is a shear-force V = 4000 N acting vertically downward on the beam cross-section as shown. Determine :
  1. the central moment of inertia
  2. the shear-stress at top and bottom of beam, y=±h/2
  3. make a rough sketch of Q(y)/b(y) as function of y. What happens at y=± (h/2-t) ?
  4. the shear stress in the neutral axis ( y=0 )
  5. Is the value determine under 4 the maximum ?
